Job summary

Nursefinders Staffing Division is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms in a fast-paced hospital setting in Florida. The role emphasizes rapid response to changes, patient safety, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

You will interpret telemetry data, administer treatments, educate families, and document care in the electronic medical record, while maintaining composure in high-acuity situations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience as a Telemetry, PCU, or Med-Surg Tele RN.
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).
• Strong cardiac rhythm recognition and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfort with telemetry monitoring equipment and electronic medical records.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in high-acuity situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
