Job summary

Nursefinders Staffing Division is seeking experienced Telemetry Registered Nurses for per diem shifts to care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The role emphasizes rhythm interpretation, early intervention, and collaborative care across teams.

The schedule features 12‑hour shifts (days or nights) with per diem flexibility. Active RN license and 1+ year telemetry/acute care experience are required, along with BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry/PCU/Step-down or acute care RN experience.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identify abnormalities, escalate concerns as needed.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders.
• Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, post-procedural, and chronic conditions.
• Recognize early signs of deterioration and initiate timely interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, monitor technicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.

We’re seeking experienced and detail‑oriented Telemetry Registered Nurses to care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. If you’re confident in rhythm interpretation, early intervention, and collaborative care, this per diem role offers meaningful impact every shift.

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry, PCU, Step‑Down, or acute care RN experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, confident clinical judgment and attention to detail
