Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Extern I to join the patient care services team. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will perform technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities.

You will report deviations from expected patient parameters and assist in various unit tasks as needed. This PRN daytime position at DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, Michigan offers hands-on clinical exposure and the opportunity to develop core nursing skills

Qualifications

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course through an accredited school of nursing.
• Students must successfully pass all courses to remain in the program.
