Responsibilities

• Observe Telemetry Monitors and report arrhythmias promptly.
• Record telemetry strips per shift and ensure 12-hour strips are printed and distributed.
• Accurately interpret rhythms and measure intervals for age-appropriate differences.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; support nursing staff.
• Keep equipment clean, charged and organized; report any defects.
