Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret patient heart rhythms and vital signs, following set alarm parameters.
• Identify significant changes in patient conditions and communicate critical findings to nursing and medical staff.
• Provide support by following algorithms and communicating as needed during alarms.
• Assist with basic charting, coordinating with departments for ordered tests, and stocking supplies.
