Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit (STC-5). This 36-bed unit offers day and night shifts, with 36 hours per week and opportunities to work with a wide range of adult to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Active RN License
• Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit STC-5.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to patient needs.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Assist with procedures and patient assessments as required.

Education
