Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan patient care for the age-appropriate population.
• Initiates, monitors and revises interdisciplinary care plans based on assessments and physician orders.
• Completes comprehensive patient documentation in line with facility policies and regulations.
• Provides ongoing teaching to patients and families to guide care across the continuum.
• Supports development of students and new staff; may serve as a preceptor.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
