The ideal candidate will have an accredited LVN program, Texas LVN license, BCLS and ACLS certifications, NIHSS, and CPI training, with a focus on confidential, compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• 6 months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program.
• LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Required
• NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale Certification renewed biennially 90 Days Required
