Job summary

Qualifications

• NIHSS certification may be required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in line with ANA Code of Ethics.
• Administer medications and provide patient and family teaching.
• Perform nursing interventions to support quality outcomes and safety.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and document care activities.
• Collaborate with RNs and the health care team to meet patient needs.
