Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Telemetry Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise observability platforms that provide actionable insights through metrics, logs, traces, and alerting. You will work with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to monitor large-scale cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SRE practices, and monitoring solutions, and is proficient in Go, Python, or Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or Observability.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog/New Relic/Splunk.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with distributed tracing, structured logging, Linux, containers, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLOs, and incident management.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Telemetry Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
