Job summary

West Anaheim Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a CNAs for the Telemetry Department on day shift in Anaheim, CA. The role involves assisting non-critical patients with basic nursing care under RN supervision at a 219-bed acute care facility.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• The CNA in the Telemetry Department provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and assists in maintaining a safe environment under RN supervision.
• Assists with activities of daily living as needed.
