Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. You can practice primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, or urgent care from anywhere, with a structured weekly framework and no office overhead.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn compensation per visit: $35 per completed consult, with potential hourly earnings up to $210 as visit times shorten, and top earners surpass $260k annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no CII except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
