Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an IT professional to handle issues, set up devices, and troubleshoot in a healthcare environment. You will assist with wired and wireless networks, phone configurations, and telemedicine program support, working under general supervision.

Ideal candidates have IT experience, a clean driving record, and must be able to attend in-person orientation. Location: Joplin, Missouri; career growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years Freeman Health internal IT experience OR 2 years external server administration role or equivalent.
• Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify.
• Clean driving record. Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for IT issues, device setup, and troubleshooting of the school based telemedicine program.
• Assist in maintenance of wired and wireless network communications.
• Assist with phone configuration and troubleshooting.
• Use knowledge of Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems to assist in maintaining internal and external networks.
• Operate under general supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
• Knowledge of Cisco based network equipment.
