Job summary

Circle Medical is seeking independent telemedicine family and internal medicine providers to join our telemedicine-first primary care network. Providers will be fully empaneled and earn via fee-for-service with video-audio appointments, focusing on continuity of care for adults through a HIPAA-compliant EHR.

MD/DOs may earn around $100/hr and DOs around $200/hr, with APPs earning $66–$132/hr; per-encounter incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification.
• Currently licensed in AZ or another listed state with ability to obtain additional licenses
• Valid DEA Registration in good standing to prescribe medications

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine primary care with empanelment and continuity of care.
• Set own schedule across 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with a licensed clinical team to ensure patient follow-up and care quality.
