What Does a Telemarketing Representative Do?

As a Telemarketing Representative, you will work directly with residential and small commercial customers in a professional and fast paced call center environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Speaking with customers by phone and understanding their energy needs
• Introducing customers to available green energy solutions
• Explaining products and services clearly and professionally
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships
