Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy questions and provide friendly, responsive service in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments for the agent.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving success each day.
• As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus.

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Requirements

• Sales experience (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience with outbound calling or lead generation preferred
• Understanding of and willingness to consistently make calls to generate new business opportunities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Able to learn computer functions and office systems
• Property and Casualty license required
• Successful candidate should be available to work 12 to 15 hours per week
