An independent insurance contractor in Kansas is seeking a Part-Time Agent Team Member. This role involves establishing customer relationships, meeting marketing goals, and developing leads. Formación

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Able to learn computer functions
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
