Job summary

Carenet Health is hiring registered nurses for fast-paced telehealth triage and patient education roles. You will work from home across the United States, delivering care and guidance via phone, video, or chat while maintaining high clinical standards.

Must have at least 3 years of RN experience with direct patient care, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a multi-state license. Training is virtual, with opportunities for career growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse with direct patient care experience.
• Three years preferred in high acuity areas (ICU/ER/telehealth).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online.
• Assess needs and direct to appropriate level of care.
• Document all patient interactions in management software.
• Monitor performance with dashboard metrics and seek improvement.
• Engage in coaching sessions to enhance performance.
