Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Arizona medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience with telehealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits for pulmonary patients.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute respiratory conditions.
• Review diagnostic tests (PFTs, imaging, labs).
• Coordinate care with clinicians and staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
