As a Psychologist, you will play an important role in delivering client-centered care across the full course of treatment, from initial assessment through ongoing therapeutic support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Current, active Texas psychologist license required.
• Experience conducting diagnostic intakes and delivering evidence-based outpatient telepsychology.
• Experience using CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual diagnostic intake assessments and deliver ongoing evidence-based individual psychotherapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Formulate, monitor, and update individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain timely electronic clinical documentation, including intakes, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Perform clinical risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning when clinically indicated.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, medical specialists, and referring partners to support integrated client care.
• Practice in strict adherence to applicable behavioral health regulations, professional board standards, and HIPAA requirements.
