Job summary

Legion Health is recruiting psychiatrists (MD or DO) to deliver evidence-based care via telehealth across the United States. These roles offer meaningful clinical autonomy with strong administrative support, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care from a home-based setting.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with competitive compensation, weekly pay, malpractice coverage, and access to premier EHR and AI tools to support clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with remote care and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
