Job summary

Legion Health is recruiting exceptional psychiatrists (MD or DO) across the United States to provide telehealth psychiatric care with strong clinical autonomy and administrative support.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, flexible scheduling, and the resources of a research-driven, clinically rigorous practice. Compensation is market-leading with full malpractice coverage and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Comfort with remote care and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy where appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Follow evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and clinical systems to deliver reliable care.
