Rula is building a network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health care via telehealth. Providers work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on delivering quality care while Rula handles marketing, admin, billing, and claims.

Compensation for LMHC is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Providers are paid biweekly via direct deposit, with payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
