Job summary

Brave Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to assess and treat patients with mental health conditions, providing psychotherapy, diagnosis, and medication management. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and document thoroughly in the EHR, while complying with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

The role offers a full-time schedule with standard weekday shifts (9am-6pm ET windows) and a compensation range of $125,000 to $135,000 annually, plus benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• PMHNP board-certified license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health.
• Eligible for US work authorization; DEA registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adolescent and adult patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose psychiatric disorders and prescribe medications.
• Conduct individual psychotherapy as needed.
• Order diagnostic tests and monitor medication usage.
• Educate patients and families; document in the EHR; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate treatment plans.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
