Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for flexible telehealth work across the United States. The role offers clinical autonomy with psychiatrist support, a 1099 contract, and a remote schedule that emphasizes patient-centered, data-driven care.

Candidates should have PMHNP certification, active APRN licenses, and at least 2 years of autonomous outpatient experience, with telehealth familiarity and multi-state licensing advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in good standing.
• PMHNP certification and state licenses.
• At least 2 years of autonomous PMHNP practice.
• Experience in outpatient settings and telehealth.
• Comfort with multi-state licensing (4+ states preferred) and DEA is a plus.
• Available 8+ hours per week.
• Experience with adolescent patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video and messaging).
• Maintain timely charting within 48 hours of sessions.
• Support a 72-hour response window for patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership nationwide.
• Prescribe and adjust medications per state and federal regulations.
• Utilize AI-enabled decision support and EMR tools.
