Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking an Ortho/Pelvic Physical Therapist for a full-time telehealth role across Mississippi markets. You’ll provide ortho and pelvic health treatments remotely, with a patient-centered approach and focus on efficient care delivery.

Candidates must reside in Mississippi and be willing to work 3 evenings per week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST). The role emphasizes autonomy, a controlled caseload, and earnings tied to completed visits within our ViBE model.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi.
