Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Michigan State Licensure as an LMSW to provide telehealth sessions. The clinician will join a nationwide hybrid care model and serve clients with evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety.

Qualified candidates must be LLMSW approved, reside in Michigan, and have completed a 60-credit MSW program. Full-time W2 employment includes health insurance, loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• LLMSW approved by the board
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Michigan
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Experience treating depression and anxiety in counseling setting
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred)
• Available for at least 25 client sessions with 30 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth
• Conduct intakes and, under supervision, diagnose using DSM-5 criteria
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to support client progress
