Job summary

LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for part-time telehealth outpatient services. The clinician will provide individual, group, and family counseling, perform assessments, and manage a caseload of 4-7 patients daily. Initial evaluations are 1 hour, with follow-ups in 15–30 minutes, on a 24-hour-per-week schedule.

The role supports addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment in a telehealth setting with no on-site call requirement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential required or negotiable depending on facility policy.
• LMHC license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania or applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time telehealth outpatient behavioral health services.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling as appropriate.
• Perform assessments and outpatient treatment, including initial evaluations and follow-up sessions.
• Manage caseload of 4-7 patients per day and conduct 1-hour initial evaluations with 15–30 minute follow-ups.
