Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC providers to deliver behavioral health services via telehealth. Contractors enjoy complete schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and administrative support including billing and EHR handling.

$80 per hourly session with biweekly direct deposit, plus no-show and cancellation protections. Providers must be licensed in Washington, hold a valid NPI, and be able to offer telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients via telehealth or in-person sessions as available
• Maintain 1099 contractor status with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads
• Ensure timely documentation and billing support through Rula’s administrative services
