Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking a pediatric psychiatrist to provide tele-psychiatry services for children aged 5-18. This facility focuses on outpatient pediatric care delivered via telehealth, with a patient population that spans ages 5 to 18.

The position is part-time, offering 20 hours weekly across 3 days with daytime shifts, and a caseload of 10-12 patients. No prescriptive authority is required at this assignment, and credentialing support is provided.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in psychiatry with licensure to practice in the US.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry (negotiable).
• Experience in pediatric/adolescent psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-psychiatry assessments for ages 5–18.
• Manage medication evaluations and follow-ups per protocol.
• Work 3 days/week (20 hours) during day shift.
