Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our fully remote telehealth team, serving clients with autism via Telehealth. The role provides clinical oversight, assessments, and treatment planning, with supervision of RBTs and family collaboration.

Spanish-speaking capability is preferred; an Arizona LBA is required. The position offers flexibility, an established caseload, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a BACB-certified BCBA.
• Arizona LBA is required.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical support, training, and coaching.
• Conduct supervision through telehealth.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and internal team members to ensure quality care.
• Support families in improving communicative, social, behavioral, and adaptive outcomes.

About the Role

• Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred but not required

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred

• Must have an Arizona LBA
