Job summary

NeuroFlow is seeking master’s‑level clinicians in New Jersey for part‑time telehealth roles through Quartet Medical. Enjoy flexible scheduling, robust clinical supervision, and a clear pathway to a licensed role within NeuroFlow.

As part of our mission, you’ll provide assessments, evidence‑based therapy, and outcome‑driven care via telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to close the mental health care gap.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program
• Active associate clinical license in New Jersey
• Experience with evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF‑CBT, MI)
• Comfort delivering therapy via telehealth
• Ability to interpret symptom scores and discuss progress with patients
• Strong communicator and rapport builder

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and evidence‑based therapy to diverse patient populations.
• Administer and interpret standardized measures (PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, C‑SSRS, etc.) and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Develop personalized, measurable treatment plans rooted in outcomes data.
• Deliver telehealth services using an integrated EHR/outcomes platform.
• Document sessions in real time reflecting treatment goals and MBC findings.
• Participate in supervision sessions where outcomes data informs clinical decisions.
• Engage with patients during scheduled hours with no on‑call requirements.
