Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid Telehandler Operator Certification is required.
• Prior experience operating a telehandler in logistics or emergency response is required.
• Role involves working outdoors in various environments and conditions.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays, especially during deployments.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and being outdoors.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress disaster-response situations.
• Available to deploy on short notice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company is seeking experienced and dependable Telehandler Operators to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team. As a Telehandler Operator, you will play a key role in supporting emergency operations by safely operating telehandlers to load, unload, and transport supplies and materials. You’ll be part of a critical logistics team ensuring timely and effective support in disaster-affected areas. These are seasonal positions and, if activated, will likely require travel on short notice, generally lasting from several days to a few weeks and possibly 30 days or more, depending on the disaster response needs. Ideal candidates for these missions will be available to deploy within 24 to 72 hours of notification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate telehandler equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials.
