Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Telecommunications Technician to support and maintain voice, data, and video networks in the Washington, DC area. You will install fiber optic, copper, and wireless cabling, configure routers and switches, and support VoIP, PBX, and Unified Communications.

Qualifications

• BS with 2 years of experience required.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain public trust.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with fiber optics, cabling, and telecom hardware.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, CTNS, BICSI.
