Job summary

The position involves overseeing design, installation, and maintenance of voice, video, and data systems and translating business needs into technical requirements. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope polygraph and participation in a staffing pipeline for a potential project beginning in November 2026.

Responsibilities

Design or configure voice, video, and data communications systems.
Supervise installation and post-installation service and maintenance.
Translate business requirements into telecommunications requirements, designs and orders.
Provide in-depth engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives for Government agencies in support of modernization efforts.
Provide telecommunications enhancement designs for medium- and large-scale telecommunication infrastructures.
Support telecommunications infrastructure using TCP/IP, routing protocols, LAN switching, Internet and Intranet systems, and SNMP-based network management.
Lead design efforts with in-depth knowledge of both wide area and local area communications.
Analyze network performance with tools such as sniffers, network management tools, capacity planning and performance engineering, modeling and simulation.
Coordinate post installation operations and maintenance support.
