Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Telecommunication Lineman II for on-site fieldwork in Gibsonia, PA. The role focuses on installing and repairing fiber and telecom cables while maintaining safety and service reliability.

You will use hand and power tools, work at heights, and may travel for storm response on short notice. A minimum of three years of Lineman experience and valid licenses are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid CDL license and/or willingness to obtain it.
• Minimum of three years of relevant Lineman experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials, promptly repair issues to ensure service reliability.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure traffic flows smoothly on site.
• Climb heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Valid state CDL license and/or willingness to obtain itA minimum of three years of relevant Lineman experience

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces and in remote locations, climb stairs, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds, operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
