Job summary

RMC Global is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst for a full-time hybrid role in Dahlgren, VA. The role supports NSWCD missions across OT, IT and telecom dependencies, delivering risk assessments and actionable recommendations.

You will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with benefits including health coverage, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer contribution. DoD telecom experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• DoD/DoW telecommunications or data communications network experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4–10 years experience in the IT, Network or Telecommunications field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Certified Telecommunications Analyst (CTA) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support NSWCD Mission Assurance with OT, IT and telecommunications dependency or mission mapping and risk assessments.
• Develop site reports identifying DoD and non-DoD infrastructure and risks with actionable recommendations.
• Review data and telecommunications policies and directives to enhance client support.
• Participate in conferences, working groups, and meetings as needed.
• Adhere to RMC company policies and uphold job standards.
