Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners seeks a highly skilled researcher to advance O-RAN and RIC platforms. The role focuses on RT/NRT solutions, AI/ML model development for RAN performance, and integration of xApps/rApps using Java and Python.

The candidate will manage telecom data with SQL/NoSQL, collaborate on system simulations and prototype testing, and contribute to network optimization in a cloud-native environment. A PhD or Master’s in EE/CS is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with O-RAN, RIC platforms, and network optimization.
• Knowledge of databases, data analytics, and cloud-native environments.
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
