Design and implementation of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA systems.

• Experience in the realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/CDMA/WCDMA networks, to improve radio network performance.
• Expert in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA technology, familiar with RF algorithms & parameters (e.g., handover, power control and RRM algorithms) and able to implement performance optimization by algorithm analysis and parameter modification.
• Knowledge of Nokia and Erickson systems with product design experience.
