Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in Valdosta, GA. You will assist in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment to install telecommunications cabling.

The role requires 18+, US work authorization, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with match, insurance, and education reimbursement in a supportive safety‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and follow directions.
• Experience with basic hand tools and operating utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate with team members and complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration and perform duties in all weather conditions.
