Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Oakdale, PA is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

This role offers weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, and a range of benefits. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, communicate with the crew, complete daily production reports, and help with site restoration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with hand tools or operating basic equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling and maintain work areas.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration.
• Communicate clearly with all team members and adapt to weather conditions.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies.
