North Sky Communications, LLC seeks a Laborer II to join our Telecom Underground team. You’ll perform skilled construction tasks, operate advanced equipment, and help install and maintain underground telecommunications cable with precision.

We value safety, teamwork, and the ability to work in all weather. A Class A CDL is required, and candidates should be 18+ with US work authorization. Weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Class A CDL is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment or performing similar tasks.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, excavate, and operate advanced equipment for underground projects.
• Install and maintain complex underground telecommunications cable with precision.
• Operate and inspect construction equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to align on project objectives.
• Complete and submit detailed daily production reports to track progress.
• Assist with site restoration efforts, including final grading and landscaping.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Level I laborers as needed to support projects.
• Work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
