Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team to support all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. The role involves installing underground telecommunications cabling and maintaining a clean, safe work site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience operating hand tools or utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
