Job summary

CableCom, LLC is hiring a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in Snohomish, WA. You will support underground construction tasks, install telecommunications cabling, operate equipment, and keep the job site clean and safe. You will also communicate with teammates and complete daily reports in all weather conditions.

Eligible applicants are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience with hand tools and utility trucks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
