Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

The role includes benefits such as weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, legal insurance, and more. You must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a DOT physical exam.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam for a valid medical card.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience with hand tools or utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports and site restoration tasks.
• Work in all weather conditions and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Support other duties as assigned.
