Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support our Telecom Underground team in a field-based role. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

We offer hands-on training, a safety-first culture, and a pathway to growth while you perform site work in various weather conditions and communicate effectively with teammates on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling and maintain work areas.
• Operate construction equipment and complete daily production reports.
• Communicate clearly with all team members and assist with site restoration.
• Work in all weather conditions and follow safety guidelines.
