Star Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. This hands-on role requires safety awareness, the ability to work in all weather, and clear communication with the crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
