Job description
TKS a dynamic, tech-oriented company that has proudly connected U.S. military community in Germany for over 30 years. We specialize in enriching the lives of service members stationed abroad by providing American services in English at retail stores located on military installations throughout Germany.
As a TKS sales agent you will be reponsible for conducting English language consultations on various topics including telephone, mobile, intenet, and television products.
- Consultation and sales of telecommunications products
- Customer support and payment processing
- Recording new contracts in the system and advising on product activation
Your profile:
- Technical know-how and curiosity about new products
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (driver's license Class B)
- Initial experience in sales in the telecommunications sector
