Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology (mobile devices, video platforms).
• Strong reading, writing and math skills in English.
• Experience in sales or customer service; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about Spectrum products and services.
• Build positive relationships and overcome objections while highlighting value of products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum offerings, pricing, promotions and store standards.
