Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring Retail Sales Representatives for in-person roles in New York. You will engage customers, present wireless, internet, and TV services, and identify the best bundles for each household.

Role requires at least 1 year in retail or telecommunications sales, with a flexible schedule. You will earn a $20/hour base plus monthly commissions, totaling $45k–$75k annually depending on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in retail, wireless, or telecommunications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
